Welcome Youth

As has been our custom, we will hold a General Youth Meeting at the Christian Assembly Church in Louisville, KY on July 09–12, 2026. There will be a worship service Thursday, July 09, at 7:00 p.m. and the meeting will conclude with a Sunday worship service beginning at 10:00 a.m. on July 12. We recognize that this information is well in advance of the meeting, but we are already beginning to prepare.

Registration Information

All attendees are asked to complete the online registration form to help us prepare housing and meals in advance of the meeting. Pastors, please approve all youth who plan to attend. This meeting is designed for unmarried youth ages 13 and up, plus chaperones and youth leaders.

To ensure proper planning and accommodations, please complete your registration no later than June 23, 2026. We encourage everyone to register as early as possible. Housing accommodations at the Louisville church will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis for each youth group and their chaperons.

If your plans change after submitting your registration, please update your registration information using the online form as soon as possible so that housing and meal arrangements can be adjusted accordingly.

Housing & Accommodations

We would like to accommodate everyone’s housing needs at the Louisville church if possible. It is very important that the registration form be filled out promptly and with complete information since accommodations will be set up on a first-come, first-served basis for each youth group with their chaperons. We are requesting one chaperon for every four youth you will be sending. Chaperons may indicate on the registration form the area in which they will be available to work or assist during the meeting. Our priority for the accommodations will be the youth and their chaperons, with other workers being able to use any available space after providing for the youth. Should you wish to secure your own housing, there are numerous hotels within a fifteen-mile radius of the church grounds.

Meals Provided

In order to allow for fellowship among the youth, we will be providing 12 meals at the church, starting with a dinner on Thursday at 5 pm and concluding with a Sunday breakfast and then an afternoon dinner. On Friday and Saturday, breakfast, lunch, dinner, and an evening snack will be provided. We are looking forward to accommodating all who attend.
