Band Information

We have limited seating, so the band director may ask band members to rotate in and out of the band to allow others the opportunity to play.

Band members must be in good standing with their local assembly and must be dressed in accordance with traditional Body standards.

Housing & Accommodations

We will do our best to accommodate all housing needs at the Louisville church.

• Housing is assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Please submit the registration form promptly and completely.
• One chaperone is requested for every four youth.
• Youth and their chaperones are our priority.
• Many hotels are available within a 15-mile radius of the church.
